Casa Cini is a prefabricated housing system developed and produced in Brazil by Cinex, a company founded over twenty-five years ago as a manufacturer of glass and aluminum doors for the kitchen sector, which subsequently evolved into an industrial leader specializing in large-scale sliding systems for architecture.
The expertise gained in high-precision aluminum and glass processing provided the necessary skills to extend the project to the scale of the entire building envelope. Since 2023, under the artistic direction of Adriano Design, Cinex has embarked on an evolutionary path leading to the definition of Casa Cini: a home conceived as an integrated industrial system.
The system is based on structural steel modules configurable in different layouts. Dimensions are designed to allow for standard road transport, avoiding “oversized load” logistics and making the model scalable and replicable in diverse geographical contexts.
Linea is the Entry Leve Module, composed of a large living and kitchen area, bathroom and a double sleeping room. The surrounding terrace adds over 100 sqm to it's original layout
Linea Plus improves on the original Linea configuration by adding an additional space. It can be transformed into an additional bedroom, a home gym, a study, a wardrobe ... it is yours to build!
Trama is the configuration with virtually double the space of the original Linea configuration, joined at the living space, it offers a large open space, two bathrooms and two bedrooms.
Trama Plus doubles the space of the Linea Plus configuration, offering two bedrooms, and two extra rooms to be made into any space one desires. With two bathrooms, a unified large open living space and never 100 sq of terrace space
Corte configuration builds on the idea of creating an inner court, a safe space, a compact configuration developed in a side by side fashion, as opposed to linear models.
